How to use the calculator
Our product calculator has been designed to help regulated introducers assess the viability of deals when advising clients.
The calculator requires you to input just three pieces of information: the property value a monthly affordable rent and the post code of the property.
The calculator will then display the product we can make available to your client. The calculator will display the Purchase Price to Value (PPTV) ratio as well as the purchase price, monthly rent and term (5 years).
Important note
The calculator enables you to construct a deal which works for your client, yourself and Residential Property Solutions. However, it depends on you being able to input an accurate property value and monthly affordable rent. Although the rent figure can be varied to suit your client's circumstances, it must be realistic and be capable of scrutiny by a Rent Assessment Committee.
