Our ethical Sale & Rent Back Scheme has the following features:
- We will buy the applicant’s property for up to 75% of its open market value
- The minimum property value must be £100,000
- Property and rental valuations are based on two independent assessments
- Our assured shorthold tenancy agreement is for a period of 5 years
- We provide all clients with a free legal service or a £500 contribution towards their own legal expenses, if they prefer to use their own solicitor
- All clients are encouraged to take independent advice
- There are no application or administration fees to pay
- Clients can buy-back their property at any time during the tenancy agreement
- Clients are never pressurised into making a decision and can change their mind at any time before the sale of their property, at no cost
