- Landlords who want to dispose of a property portfolio quickly and exit the market or retire
- Landlords who need to sell part of their portfolio in order to raise capital
- Landlords who are coming to the end of a fixed rate finance deal and do not have sufficient equity to refinance
- Lenders who are in possession of tenanted properties which they would like to dispose of
- Receivers and insolvency practitioners who have been instructed to dispose of tenanted properties by clients
If your properties meet the Property Divestment Scheme criteria, funding can be arranged without any unnecessary delays. The Scheme is not subject to quotas and funding is not being rationed in tranches which means deals can complete quickly.
