Submit your portfolio

If you would like to submit a portfolio to us for consideration, please provide all of the following information:

1. Is the portfolio currently on the open market?

• If so, for how long?

2. Is this sale distressed?

3. Are you the owner of the portfolio or are you an agent acting on behalf of the owner?

4. Is the owner of the portfolio a:

• property fund?
• individual?
• bank/building society?
• insolvency practioner?
• receiver of rents?

5. Please state any timescale associated with the sale of the portfolio

6. A schedule of the properties detailing the:

• rental value
• value (and source of the value)
• price
• bedrooms
• voids
• freehold, leasehold or feuhold. If leasehold, please state how many years remain and the value of the ground rents and service charges.

The above information should enable us to provide you with an indication of our interest in your portfolio. However, if you do have additional information that you believe may aid our initial assessment, please do submit it to us.
